1Who is responsible for your data

Yalla Bharath Reddy, trading as Living Moments, is responsible for the personal data described here. Our registered address is 1-5-81/38/A/B, 401, Sri Ayyappa Residency, Govindpalli Road, Beside Gouthama High School, Jagtial, Telangana 505327, India. Privacy questions may be sent to grievance@livingmoments.app.

2Data we collect

We collect account details received through sign-in, the photographs, videos and text you submit, generation settings, transaction and payment references, support messages, and operational records needed to run the service.

When a QR is opened, we may record the scan time, delivery or fallback tier and technical reason. We do not use that scan record to identify the viewer. Standard server access logs may include network metadata such as IP address, browser type and request time for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

We use cookies or similar browser storage where needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, preserve work in progress and operate the service reliably. You can control browser storage through your browser, but blocking necessary storage may prevent account or studio features from working.

3Camera processing

If a viewer allows camera access, camera frames used to recognise the printed photograph are processed on that viewer’s device. We do not upload or store those camera frames. The browser and device control the camera permission, which the viewer may refuse or withdraw.

4How we use data

We use data to authenticate accounts, accept and process submissions, generate and host moments, deliver QR experiences, process transactions, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your photographs or videos and do not use them to advertise unrelated products. If we later want to use customer media in marketing, we will seek separate permission.

5Service providers and sharing

We use providers for account sign-in, payment processing, infrastructure, object storage, content delivery and support. Payment is processed by Razorpay. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.

Payment details are entered into Razorpay checkout. We receive transaction status and references rather than storing full card, UPI or other payment credentials. We may disclose data where required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process or store data outside Telangana or India where their systems operate. Where this happens, we use reasonable contractual, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.

6Who can see a moment

Moment URLs are unlisted rather than private. Anyone with the QR code or URL can open the hosted media. We do not intentionally publish moments in a searchable public gallery, but you should treat the code like a shareable link and avoid uploading confidential material.

7How long we keep data

Abandoned, unused or failed uploads are ordinarily removed after 30 days. A completed moment remains in active storage for 5 years from generation and may then move to cold archival storage without a fixed automatic deletion date. Account information is retained while the account remains active.

Transaction, tax, security and dispute records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably needed to establish or defend a claim. A deletion request can remove media earlier and will stop the related QR experience, but it may not remove those limited records.

8Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No internet service is completely secure, so please notify us promptly if you believe your account or moment has been compromised.

9Your choices and grievances

You may ask to access or correct account information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, request deletion of eligible personal data, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or refuse information where law permits or requires it.

Contact our grievance officer, Yalla Bharath Reddy, at grievance@livingmoments.app. We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, subject to the information and cooperation reasonably needed to investigate it. You may also use any complaint or appeal right available under applicable Indian law.

10Children and policy changes

A child may appear in a moment or view one, but an adult parent or lawful guardian must authorise any account submission or purchase involving a child and ensure the submission is appropriate and permitted.

We may update this policy when the service or law changes. The current version and its last-updated date will remain on this page.
