Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Living Moments provides its digital moment-generation, QR and hosting service, and what you agree to when you use it.
Who provides the service
Living Moments is operated by Yalla Bharath Reddy, a Sole proprietorship trading as SR Software Services, with its registered address at 1-5-81/38/A/B, 401, Sri Ayyappa Residency, Govindpalli Road, Beside Gouthama High School, Jagtial, Telangana 505327, India and GSTIN 36AERPA9534J1Z3. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business, and an invoice for a purchase will be issued in the name SR Software Services.
By creating an account, submitting media, purchasing a generation or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
The service and price
The service turns a customer-supplied photograph and video into a digital moment, including a QR code, print-ready composite and hosted viewing experience. We do not sell or ship a physical print.
The standard public price is ₹499 inclusive of GST for each successfully generated moment, which includes a film of up to 2 minutes. A longer film is accepted and charged at ₹50 inclusive of GST for each further minute started, counted from the length of the file you submit and rounded up to the whole minute. There is no maximum length; the practical limit is the maximum file size the studio accepts. The studio states the total, including any length charge, before you generate, and offers to shorten the film instead. Promotional prices may be offered through eligible campaigns. Active photographer partners receive the separate price described in the Partner Terms. The price shown at checkout is the price you authorise.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Living Moments receives payment status and transaction references, but does not store full card, UPI or other payment credentials.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it was used without permission.
People under 18 may view moments and may appear in submitted media. A purchase or submission involving a minor must be made or authorised by an adult parent or lawful guardian who accepts responsibility for the content and transaction.
Your photographs and videos
You keep ownership of the photographs, videos, captions and other material you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce, transcode, display and deliver that material only as needed to operate, secure and support the service.
You confirm that you have permission from the relevant owners and people shown or heard in the material, including appropriate consent for children. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or privacy-invasive material.
We retain all rights in the Living Moments platform, software, workflows, interface, branding and service materials, excluding your photographs, videos and other customer content. These terms do not transfer either party’s intellectual property to the other beyond the limited licence stated above.
QR links are unlisted, not private
A moment is not placed in a public gallery or intended to be indexed as a public profile. However, anyone who has the printed QR code or its URL can open it. Do not use the service for media that must remain confidential, and share the code only with people you want to reach the moment.
Delivery, hosting and archive
Generation usually completes within about 30 minutes, but allow up to 24 hours. A generated moment receives 5 years of active hosting beginning when it becomes available.
After active hosting expires, the QR experience becomes unavailable and associated media may be moved to cold archival storage. The archived material has no promised automatic deletion date. A future paid revival may be offered subject to the price, terms and technical availability at that time. You may request permanent deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cancellations and refunds
You may leave checkout before payment. After payment, cancellation is available only if processing has not begun; processing may begin immediately. Because the output is custom digital content, change of mind after processing begins is not refundable.
Duplicate charges, genuine generation failures and non-delivery may qualify for a refund under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use and removal
You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, distribute malware or use a moment to violate another person’s rights.
We may restrict, disable or remove content or an account where reasonably necessary for privacy, copyright, safety, fraud prevention, service security or legal compliance. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact us.
Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care to provide the service, but network quality, browser support, camera permission and quality, lighting, printing conditions, device capability and third-party systems can affect scanning and playback. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or identical tracking performance on every device or print.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased the service.
Ending use and deleting content
You may stop using the service at any time. A permanent deletion request ends the associated QR experience and cannot be reversed once completed. We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records where required, even after media is deleted.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be presented through the website or account before they apply where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Jagtial, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum or consumer right available under applicable law. Questions may be sent to support@livingmoments.app.
